
Raymond Reynoso was born on August 7, 1961 in Bonao, son of Carmen Reynoso (deceased). Years later he arrived in Santo Domingo, and worked for HIT 92 and Radio where he became known as Sancho Panza.
He then left the United States and resided for a long time there where he became the greatest defender of music where he served as a great support and guide to the Dominican merengue artists in that nation. Thanks to the contributions of «The Boy» to Reynoso, the radio station La Mega 97.9 achieved the highest levels of popularity of Hispanic audience. It was on this station that it became known as The Boy From Bonao.
Raymond received other recognitions, among them, Micrófono de Oro in the Dominican Republic; in New York, the ACE and Estrella awards, the latter on multiple occasions. For his contributions to the Dominican colony and to the artists from Quisqueya, he was the object of a recognition at home
filled the Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Reynoso was a person very loved by the artistic class and communicators who found in him a helping hand.
Thanks to all his achievements and mainly to his human quality, The Boy From Bonao has become
into a character impossible to forget.
