Interview – Lic. José Luis Rodríguez

It is my privilege that for this edition of Empowered People Magazine my first interviewee is my brother, friend and professional advisor.

Before being a great leader, he is an exemplary person and a great human being, he is a teacher in every sense, who teaches by example and dedication, who feels the needs of others as his own, who never puts his personal needs first, who guides and lets himself be guided, who walks hand in hand with his collaborators, and most importantly; He is very generous with his neighbors, and above all, he is a good human being (I will not get tired of repeating it), who is sincerely concerned about the needs of his people; who gets involved in all kinds of issues, for the good of our Municipality, always has a voice of encouragement for everyone who needs it, because he knows that motivation is fundamental and that when we feel supported we give more and better fruits. I would lack words to continue defining him, he is an example for society.

«High positions have many people, but good leaders are very few».

As I told you before, I have been a unionist since I was 20 years old (the youngest leader at that time) when I was Secretary of Education at Falconbridge Dominican Republic.
